Camp Roundup: Drills, Hoops and Adam Graves, Too
Sanguinetti and Hillier live and in living color
Rangers prospects Bobby Sanguinetti and Ryan Hillier are serving as guest instructors during Session Two of this year's Rangers Youth Hockey camp. In a joint effort, Bobby and Ryan are blogging from this week's camp.
Sanguinetti: We agree with Marc Staal on "Bulldog" being the best drill. I think the counselors get to have a blast with that one.
Hillier: I definitely had fun with that one, but Counselors vs. Kids in ball hockey —- that’s where I am a star.
Sanguinetti: You just feel like a star because you finally were able to dangle around a few players.
Hillier: I’d dangle around you if I could get some sleep. I wouldn’t have agreed to have you as a roommate this week if I knew you snored so much.
Sanguinetti: My snoring doesn’t bother me any.
Hillier: Anyway, it was good to see Adam Graves and Brian Mullen on the ice today. Adam said he will be here for the rest of the week. He is always having fun when he is on the ice.
Sanguinetti: Do you know what looked like fun, but I didn’t have my bathing suit?
Hillier: What?
Sanguinetti: The water slide out back. It was at least 100 feet long. But I did drain a few three-pointers during the morning basketball session with the Knicks and Liberty running drills for the campers.
Hillier: You didn’t tell me you were going to play basketball, I would’ve played.
Sanguinetti: You can play next year Ryan.
