He tears through phone books, squats 800 lbs. and he's a huge fan of Nintendo Wii, go figure. 

Meet America's Strongest Man, Derek Poundstone. Derek's a Strongman competitor and Naugatuck, Connecticut, police offer, who's competing in the World Strongest Man Super Series on June 21 at the WaMu Theater at MSG, but before he tackles that weight, he'll be answering a few questions.

I sat down with him for a little chat in this edition of "Celebrity Favorites" and left amazed by how a man built like a superhero is really just one of the guys. Here's a look into some of Derek's favorite things:
