In July 2007, Dispatch played three sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden to raise funds and awareness for poverty-stricken Zimbabwe.

All this week, our family and friends over at The Monitor will be looking back on the landmark performances - Dispatch's first concerts since their 2004 farewell - now available on DVD.

So here at H2R we figured let's get up close and personal with one of the guys behind the music and honor him as the newest guest of Celebrity Favorites. So, without wasting anymore space, here's are a few of Pete Francis' favorite things.

1. What's your favorite place to travel? "The coast of Maine."

   

2. When in New York City favorite place to eat? "Blue Ribbon"

3. Favorite place to hit the nightlife? "Banjo Jim's"

4. What are your favorite hobbies? "Chess, ice hockey and drawing."

5. Tell us your favorite toy/car/gadget? CAR -- "An International Scout"; TOYS -- "Any musical instrument"; GADGET -- "The Prodigy. It controls brakes on a trailer, very handy."

  

6. What is your favorite instrument? And who makes it? " A Fender telecaster."

7. Tell us one skill every man should have? "Being able to start a fire ..."
