With health care a constant source of debate in this country, we thought it worth mentioning the higher-end medical services being made available for those who can afford a nice upgrade in their medical provisions. We were initially impressed by the sudden customization of specially-equipped Porsche Cayenne ambulances in Stuttgart, a vehicle already worth about $100,000 before being outfitted with a siren. By taking saliva samples, doctors found significant increases in testosterone, the hormone indicating sexual arousal, among women.
